Reflection on Matthew 21

Jesus is the BETTER prophet...
...because he fulfills ALL biblical prophecies about the Messiah and cleanses the Temple to remind us that the gathering in the presence of God and the importance of fellowship is primarily for worship!

vs.4 and 5- 
This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet:
“Say to Daughter Zion,
‘See, your king comes to you,
gentle and riding on a donkey,
and on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’”

vs.13-
“It is written,” he said to them, “ ‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’ ”
